1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Custom Software & Electronics, S.L. (hereinafter, TecnoCSE), with registered office at c/ Sant Antoni Maria Claret, 167, Sant Pau Modernist Site, 08025 Barcelona, Spain. 2. What data we collect
We collect personal data in two situations:
Contact form. When you fill out the form on the contact page, we collect: first name, last name, phone (optional), email address, the content of your message and the submission timestamp.
Technical data. Our hosting server automatically logs the IP address, browser, pages visited and access time, for security and diagnostic purposes.
3. Cookies and local storage
This website uses an essential cookie to remember your language preferences during the visit. It does not collect identifying information and is not shared with third parties.
If you accept the optional cookies in the consent banner, we will also enable Google Analytics to anonymously measure site audience (with IP anonymisation). You can manage your preferences at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer or see the details in our Cookie Policy.
4. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- To manage the commercial relationship arising from your request — legal basis: contractual performance or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To comply with applicable legal obligations, for example in tax or accounting matters — legal basis: compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Recipients and international transfers
To provide the service we share some data with the following providers:
- Web hosting provider. Stores the site files and server logs.
- Formspree, Inc. (United States) — processes the contact form submission and forwards the message to us by email. Privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Google LLC (United States) — if you accept the optional cookies, provides Google Analytics for anonymous audience measurement. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Transfers to third countries such as the United States take place under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention period
We keep contact form data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain any resulting commercial relationship. If no such relationship materialises, we delete the data within 12 months. Technical server logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, send your request through the contact form clearly indicating "Exercise of GDPR rights" in the message and identifying yourself appropriately. You can also write to our registered office.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations.
8. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access or unlawful processing. Our ISO 13485 certification includes information management processes adapted to the medtech sector.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our processing activities. The current version is always the one published on this page; the update date is shown at the beginning.
